1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using AI Money Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

AI Money Pro is a personal finance management application that provides:

• Income and expense tracking
• Budget management
• Financial analytics and reports
• AI-powered financial insights
• Achievement-based Premium features

3. Eligibility

You must be:

• At least 13 years old to use this App
• Able to form a binding contract under applicable law
• Not prohibited from using the service under any laws

4. Account Registration

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must not share your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time via Settings
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Upon termination, all your data will be permanently deleted

5. Free Service and Premium Features

Core Features (Free)

AI Money Pro's core features are completely free:

• Create up to 5 bank accounts (free tier)
• Track unlimited transactions (with export limits)
• Basic budgeting and categories
• Limited AI Chat usage (15 per day)
• Limited report exports (2 per month)

Premium Features (Free via Achievements)

Unlock Premium features for FREE by completing achievements:

• Daily Check-ins: Check in 5 consecutive days = 30 days Premium
• Transaction Milestones: Create 5/10/20/50 transactions = Premium rewards
• Referral Program: Refer friends = 30 days Premium per referral (max 3)

No payment required. No credit card needed. All features can be unlocked for free.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App for lawful purposes only
• Not misuse or abuse the App features
• Not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise security
• Not create fake accounts or referrals to game the system
• Not share or distribute your account access
• Maintain accurate financial data (we are not liable for your errors)

7. Data Ownership and Privacy

Your Data

• You own all financial data you enter into the App
• We do not sell or share your personal information
• See our Privacy Policy for details

Our Rights

• We own the App, its code, design, and features
• We may use anonymized, aggregated data for analytics
• We may display your public achievements (with your consent)

8. AI Features Disclaimer

AI Chat

• AI-generated advice is for informational purposes only
• Not a substitute for professional financial advice
• We are not liable for decisions based on AI suggestions
• Always consult a certified financial advisor for important decisions

Accuracy

• We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee it
• AI responses may contain errors
• You are responsible for verifying all information

9. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are NOT LIABLE for:

• Financial losses or damages resulting from use of the App
• Errors or inaccuracies in data, AI suggestions, or calculations
• Service interruptions, bugs, or technical issues
• Loss of data due to device issues or user error
• Third-party services (Firebase, cloud storage, etc.)

Use the App at your own risk.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind:

• No guarantee of uptime or availability
• No guarantee of accuracy or completeness
• No guarantee of fitness for a particular purpose
• No guarantee of error-free operation

11. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

• Use the App for illegal purposes
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Spam or send unsolicited referrals
• Create multiple accounts to abuse achievements
• Use bots or automation to manipulate features
• Attempt to bypass security or access restrictions
• Sell, transfer, or sublicense your account

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the achievement or referral systems
• Harm other users or the service

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via:

• In-app notification
• Email to your registered address
• Update on this page with new "Effective Date"

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vietnam.
